Chapter VP & Auctioneer Carol Thomas shared this photo of narrowleaf blue-eyed grass (Sisyrinchium angustifolium). Location: Empty lot north of the Hospice House on the south side of 37th Street. The clumping perennial is not a grass but a member of the Iris family. Look for it in moist locations. Often seen along roadways including Oslo Road east of US 1 in the vicinity of the Oslo Riverfront Conservation Area. Could be a gorgeous addition to your yard.
