The Florida Native Plant Society was well-represented at the 5th Transforming Landscapes Conference For a Sustainable Future on January 20, 2024. 18 members of the Eugenia Chapter attended. The Conradina Chapter (southern Brevard County) had a table with many of our favorite reference books for sale and great native plant handouts. Native plant vendors had a wide selection of native plants for sale. This is the time to get those plants in the ground. Learn to identify native plant seedlings so you don’t pull them up thinking they are plants you don’t want! Pot them up to bring them to our plant auctions.
